Currently:
- Specials / Discounts contain a number of glider
kits and RTF gliders with components from earlier versions. Many are
ready to ship now, others will be ready soon.
- LightHawk III / LightSpeed III ARF Kits: New version
with enhancements, especially targeted to support hard-throwing competition
pilots. Built-to-order. Estimated delivery of
new orders is mid-November.
- NEW Blade and Razor: Next availability
of these gliders: November. They include Kevlar versions of AMPED's
X1.5 wings, our version III fusepod with all the cool features, and
new composite tails. Price is $525. No build-to-order. First come, first
served. Telephone or email with your interest. As they come into inventory,
we will first notify waiting list members, then afterward offer any
remaining gliders as normal inventory. Approximately 10 gliders each
month.
- Ready-to-Fly Gliders (RTF):

- Wings, fuselages, and version III tail sets (build-to-order) ship
in mid-November.
- RDS parts, wiring kits, and control parts are in stock.
- 380 mAh 2S Lipo batteries, perfectly sized for DLG use, are back in
stock for a nice long time. We've made a large batch, and they now include
balance taps. Enjoy!
- Servos: During our transition to the new glider designs we are not
offering servos. To assist with servo selection:
- Version III LightHawks will handle almost any micro-servo, maximum
thickness approximately 12mm.
- Version III LightSpeeds will accept 9.x mm servo thickness or
less, so Dymond D60, Hyperion DS-09, and Airtronics 94802 fit.
- Blade fits servos up to .45" (11.43mm).
- Razor fits servos up to .35" (9 mm).
- 4 servo LightHawks will allow up to 9mm thick for the outboard
(aileron) servos.
- 4 servo LightSpeeds will allow D47 (8mm thick) for the outboard
(aileron) servos.
